Tuesday: Oven-fried chicken, black-eyed peas, carrots, wheat bread, fruit cocktail cake;

Wednesday: Baked ham, sweet potato casserole, spinach, rolls, peach cobbler;

Thursday: Swiss steak, Scandinavian vegetables, beets, wheat bread, applesauce, cookies;

Friday: Chili, pinto beans, corn, cornbread, lime Jell-O w/pears;
