Indictments released for Fannin County


BONHAM — Fannin County District Attorney Richard Glaser released a list of people indicted by a grand jury this past week. The indictments are formal charges and are not considered as evidence of guilt. The jury considered 31 cases and returned indictments on 29 of them. So far in 2013, Glaser said, Fannin County grand jurors have issued 94 indictments.

Ronnie Beck Jr., 28, of Whitewright — two counts of bail jumping and failure to appear;

Tony Joe Billy, 18, of Leonard — theft of property;

Michael Chacon, 28, of Leonard — possession of a controlled substance;

Derrick Shelby Davis, 21, of Bonham — theft of material;

Cleburne Ray Haynes Jr., 38, of Bells — assault family violence, and injury to a child or elderly person;

Kevin Roger Hilton, 46, of Blue Ridge — driving while intoxicated 3rd or more;

Leon Ray Jones II, 50, of Trenton — obstruction or retaliation;

Kenneth Lee McFail, 50, of Bonham — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more, abandon or endanger a child criminal negligence;

Randi Kae Morris, 24, of Leonard — possession of a controlled substance;

Paula A. Palomino, 24, of Whitesboro — possession of a controlled substance;

Jordan Daleray Prather, 22, of Bonham — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;

Shae Lynn Prescott, 31, of Bonham — possession of a controlled substance;

Ron Edward Reed, 30, of Garland — possession of a controlled substance and tamper with evidence;

Isidro Sanchez-Lopez, 45, of Honey Grove — bail jumping and failure to appear;

Julius Lee Scott, 26, of Bonham — two counts of burglary of a building;

Jeremy Wayne Shcuit, 24, of Bonham — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and attempted aggravated sexual assault;

Arvelle Taylor Jr., 39, of Bonham — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;

Robin Terry, 47, of Bonham — manufacture and deliver of a controlled substance enhanced and manufacture and deliver a controlled substance;

Dairmar Dechon Traylor, 24, of Mesquite — manufacture and deliver a controlled substance in a drug free zone;

Roger Michael Wooten, 28, of Bonham — escape causing bodily injury.
