Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown recently released a list of cases resolved in the 59th state District Court in February. The following names were on that list:
Daniel Hall, 29, of Denison, pleaded guilty to fail to register as sex offender and was sentenced to eight years in prison. Hall was also sentenced to eight years in prison for failing to comply with deferred adjudication probation previously granted for sexual assault of a child.
Richard McIntyre, Jr 51, of Southlake, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamines with intent to deliver and was sentenced to eight years in prison.
Jack Lester, 28, of Denison, was sentenced to six years in prison for failing to comply with deferred adjudication probation previously granted for burglary of habitation. Lester also pleaded guilty to credit/debit card abuse and was sentenced to 18 months state jail.
Brandon Leverett, 27, of Pottsboro, was sentenced to five years in prison for failing to comply with deferred adjudication probation previously granted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Anthony Hernandez, 35, of Collinsville, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced to four years in prison and a $2,500 fine. Hernandez also pleaded guilty to tamper/fabricate evidence with intent to impair and was sentenced to four years in prison.
Derrick McNealy, 38, of Sherman, was sentenced to two years in prison for failing to comply with his deferred adjudication probation previously granted for failure to comply with sex offender requirements. McNealy also was sentenced to two years in prison for failing to comply with deferred adjudication probation previously granted for fail to register as sex offender.
Mark Montes, 27, of Denison, pleaded guilty to assault bodily injury/impeding breath and was sentenced to two years in prison.
Justin Jack, 24, of Pottsboro, was sentenced to two years in prison for failing to comply with deferred adjudication probation previously granted for tampering/fabricate physical evidence. Jack was also sentenced to two years in prison for failing to comply with deferred adjudication probation previously granted for possession of weapon in prohibited place.
Bethany Meade, 37, of Lake Kiowa, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to 15 months state jail.
Cathy Chaffin, 45, of Sherman, was sentenced to 14 months state jail for failing to comply with probation previously granted for possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Bryan Jacobs, 19, of Denison, pleaded guilty, without a plea agreement, to credit card abuse and fraudulent use/possession of identifying information and was sentenced by the judge to 12 months state jail. Jacobs also pleaded guilty to forgery of a financial instrument and was sentenced to 12 months state jail.
Randy Blair, 33, of Sherman, pleaded guilty to burglary of building and was sentenced to seven months state jail. Blair also pleaded guilty to obstruction or retaliation and was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated for four years, and a $2,000 fine.
Amanda Helmer, 29, of Durant, Okla., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentence to six months state jail.
Andrew Osberry, 48, of Louisiana, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated for three years, and a $500 fine. Osberry also pleaded guilty to two cases of attempted organized criminal activity and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation.
Kandis Land, 27, of Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-cocaine and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated for five years, and a $1,500 fine.
Christopher Judd, 28, of Sherman, pleaded guilty to theft of property over $1,500 with two or more previous convictions and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years, and a $1,000 fine.
Yvonne Martinez, 30, of Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years, and a $750 fine.
Donny Johnson, 56, of Sherman, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication probation and a $2,000 fine.
Tristyn Large, 20, of Cartwright, Okla., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to eight years deferred adjudication probation and a $2,500 fine.
Robert Lalonde, 23, of Sherman, pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation.
Tracy Key, 39, of Denison, pleaded guilty to credit card/debit card abuse and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $750 fine.
Brandi Lewis, 45, of Denison, pleaded guilty to credit card/debit card abuse and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,500 fine.
Daniel Kirkpatrick, 24, of Whitesboro, pleaded guilty to three counts of endangering a child-criminal negligence, and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.
Terel King, 29, of Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-cocaine-drug free zone and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.
Vel Hamilton, 63, of Houston, pleaded guilty to engaging in organized criminal activity and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation.
Amanda Anderson, 29, of Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,200 fine.
Whitney Yowell, 58, of Tom Bean, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,500 fine.
Antonio Mora-Rivera, 59, of Denison, pleaded guilty to injury to a child and was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.
Jamise Moorer, 25, of Sherman, pleaded guilty to evading arrest with vehicle and was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication probation and a $2,000 fine.
