Rail from historic Interurban rediscovered in Sherman

<p>CHRIS JENNINGS/HERALD DEMOCRAT</p><p>A piece of the 111-year old rail from the old Interurban railway can be seen on Travis street in downtown Sherman after it was uncovered during construction around the courthouse square. The railway was part of the first Interurban to be built in Texas and it connected Sherman and Denison.
