The 500 block of Willow Street in Sherman was temporarily blocked Monday night as Sherman police investigated a suspicious death.
Sherman police are investigating the death of a woman found in a house in the 500 block of Willow Street Monday evening. Police responded to an emergency call at approximately 6 p.m. Monday.
Sherman police are releasing only a few details as the investigation continues. Sherman Police Sgt. D.M. Hampton said the woman’s death is considered suspicious. Sherman’s criminal investigation unit is receiving assistance from the Texas Rangers in the investigation.
